Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable, as we were treated like royalty during our honeymoon. The grounds were stunning and well-kept, but we did find the restaurant prices to be quite steep for our budget. Overall, the hospitality and beautiful atmosphere made it a delightful experience, despite the few drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, paying just €90 for a junior suite, which I felt was an unbeatable deal. The surroundings are stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a lovely red pool. While the dining options could use some improvements, particularly for dinner, the breakfast and lunch were quite satisfactory. The staff were helpful, especially Malika at reception, which made my experience even better.
The Murano Resort has some beautiful features, like spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I had issues with cleanliness upon arrival and the dining experience was rather disappointing with questionable food quality. While the location is quiet and nice for a relaxing getaway, it's quite far from the city center, making transportation a bit of a hassle.
The Murano is a hidden gem in Marrakech, offering a stunning and peaceful getaway for couples. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The service is exemplary, with attentive staff ready to assist at every turn. However, the location is a bit remote, leading to higher transportation costs when heading into the city.
My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The rooms had great potential and looked beautiful, but there were significant service issues that really impacted my experience. While the setting is lovely, the lack of attention to detail and staffing made things frustrating, particularly when it came to dining. Overall, it's a beautiful property, but it still feels like it's not quite there yet for luxury expectations.
